Intelligent busway of APISMOON
APISMOON TOPLINE-G series Intelligent busway management system is a total solution of intelligent power distribution for end units aimed at high-level data centers and similar environments, including four modules： busway， special connection device, intelligent monitoring, and energy efficiency management.
At the same time, the intelligent busway management system is compatible with the micro-data center, intelligent rack, intelligent PDU, etc. in the power distribution system to achieve the intelligent monitoring function of the data center power distribution environment, featuring an intelligent detection system, safe and reliable low-temperature rise, fast assembly, strong versatility, convenient plug and power, high redundancy, high protection to ensure the reliability of power supply, etc., and the high adaptability to address the pain points of data centers.
Intelligent Power Distribution Unit of APISMOON
APISMOON Intelligent Power Distribution Unit (PDU) system is an intelligent end units power distribution solution for high-level data centers and similar environments. Based on providing several major functions of high power, security and stability, intelligent monitoring, and energy efficiency management, it can also effectively match with the micro-module data center, intelligent rack, and intelligent busway in other power distribution systems to effectively realize the intelligent monitoring function of the data center power distribution environment.
In addition, APISMOON showcased its latest products – Rack Busway at the event, which feature innovative designs that enable greater power load capacity (with a single product able to withstand currents of over 120A). We believe that the Rack Busway will be a groundbreaking product.
Summit micro data center and liquid-cooled computing station of APISMOON
APISMOON's Summit series of micro data centers integrate a complete set of subsystems including high-density cabinet channels, heat pipe air conditioning, micro-environment monitoring, integrated power distribution, UPS power supply, and fire suppression. It provides an All-in-one high-availability solution and a green and energy-efficient edge computing center for many industries. The Peak series of micro data centers achieves IT equipment shelf space beyond the industry average through multiple innovative designs, bringing customers a higher unit white space net value. Among them, the rack-mounted heat pipe air conditioning is the first of its kind in the industry, with a typical annual minimum PUE value of 1.07. Meanwhile, it features an office-like low-noise design to meet the needs of nearby deployment.
APISMOON's liquid-cooled computing station product adopts an integrated and modular design architecture, mainly composed of a comprehensive cabinet, a liquid-cooled server cabinet, liquid-cooled servers, liquid-cooled server plug-in units, a CDU flow distribution system (CDU flow distributor and gas-liquid pipe), a natural cooling unit (heat exchanger) fan coil, a PDM power distribution box, a PDU power distribution unit, a UPS system (rack-mounted), micro-environment monitoring, and other subsystems. The APISMOON liquid-cooled computing station effectively solves the heat dissipation problem of high-power density servers through immersion liquid cooling and reduces energy consumption.
Immersion liquid coolant and liquid-cooling HPC of APISMOON
APISMOON's Immersion liquid coolant was exhibited at this exhibition. Insulated coolant liquid of the VN-NO series， which is a non-conductive, thermodynamically and chemically stable liquid. It can be widely used in direct contact single-phase or two-phase heat transfer scenarios in the power electronics industry. Meanwhile, the "one enterprise one solution” customized approach can be adopted, that is, various properties such as boiling point, density, appearance, insulation properties, stability, and operating temperature all can be customized.
Specialized connectors of APISMOON
APISMOON exhibited a range of specialized connector products, including self-locking power cords and high-protection industrial connectors. The self-locking power cord can be firmly locked onto the server socket by its self-locking plug, effectively preventing accidental disconnection due to external forces. APISMOON's high-protection industrial connectors have a complete product line and can provide customers with high-quality connectors with the highest IP68 protection level, ensuring customers' electrical safety and reliable connections.
